The ZION Flagship Store is committed to making sure you are 100% stoked on your purchase. We are happy that you have chosen to visit our shop to look for something that will set you apart and make you stand out from the crowd. We offer a no hassle, no questions asked Return Policy. We believe that we make some of the most epic boards out there and we are going to make your snowboard purchase risk free. If you are not 100% happy with the way your new ZION snowboard rides – you can return it to us for a full refund! That’s right – you can actually try out your new snowboard and make sure you like it! We are confident that you will love your new ride, but if you don’t-just return it to us for a full refund, no questions asked.
Snowboard Return Policy:
1. We will accept returns on ridden boards, but the board must be in good shape if returned to us. We must be able to resell the board as a good condition, used board. (Don’t take your board to the streets or jib too hard with it if you think you are going to return it).
2. We reserve the right to refuse a returned board if it is trashed and not in good resale condition. This includes base damage, edge damage and sidewall damage caused by rocks and rails.
3. Snowboards must be returned within 30 days of being delivered to you if purchased during the snowboard season (November to April)
4. Snowboards must be returned by Dec 30 if purchased in the off season months (May to October) This will allow you to buy your board early and still be covered by our 100% Stoked Guarantee. We are a limited edition company so buying early is a good idea and is recommended.
Streetwear Return Policy:
1. Please understand that we cannot accept returns on worn, washed and dirtied clothing. Dirtied would include but is not limited to: human hair, pet hair, stains, de-odorant odors, and smoke odors etc.
2. We encourage you to try on your streetwear for fit and style, but if you do not want to keep it, put it back in the package immediately and return it to us. Don’t wear your new streetwear to your friend’s mud wrestling party and then decide you don’t want it.
3. Sreetwear must be returned to us within 21 days of it being delivered to you.
How do I return a ZION product?
After following the guidelines listed above in our Snowboard Return Policy and our Streetwear Return Policy – here is what you need to do:
1. Contact returns@zionsnowboards.com by email to get a RA# (Return Authorization #) In your email simply put the order number that is in the top right corner of your receipt and the name of the person who placed the original order. We will email you back a RA # which you must write on the outside of the package when you send it back to us. No returns can be accepted without an RA#. We need to know that your package is coming. Please use the original packaging or something of similar size that will protect the product.
2. We do not accept C.O.D.’s on return items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless we have sent you the wrong product in which case we will pay the return shipping. For your protection we would recommend that you use FedEx, UPS, US Post or Canada Post. Please make sure that you ship with a tracking number-this is for your protection. We can not assume responsibility for lost packages.

When do I get my refund?
1. You will receive a 100% refund of your order immediately after we have received your returned products.
2. We will refund the credit card that your original purchase was made on.
3. Please note that we make the final call on whether merchandise is returnable or not. If it is not considered returnable, we will notify you.
Keep in mind that if you follow the guidelines in our Snowboard Return Policy and our Streetwear Return Policy that are listed above, you will have no problems. All legit returns will be processed immediately, including boards that have been ridden and are in good condition.
ZION Warranty Policy
ZION Snowboards warrants all products sold by the ZION Snowboards Flagship Store to be free of defects in material or workmanship.
ZION’s only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. ZION will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of product. This warranty is subject to the following limitations in addition to any imposed by virtue of applicable law.
The warranty applies to snowboards purchased from the ZION Snowboards Flagship Store and is valid for the original purchaser only for a period of 3 years (Z1 Series) and 2 years (LOST and WHOA MAN! Series) from the purchase date. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from the ZION Snowboards Flagship Store.
All products returned to ZION for warranty inspection must follow the guidelines listed in the “How do I return a ZION product” section above.
Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:
1. Damage caused by misuse e.g. rail-slides, abuse or negligence or by accident e.g. rock damage or any other related impact damage 2. Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of the bindings 3. Normal wear and tear 4. Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship. 5. Damage caused by use of solvents or adhesives 6. Any and all claims for consequential or incidental damages
All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product that is not specifically authorized in writing by ZION Snowboards.
Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period for the original purchaser only.
ZION product is not covered by any verbal warranties.
